 Our website is now secure so you can have peace of mine when you enter your personal information and credit card numbers. All data entered is encrypted and kept safe over the Internet. We do not sell any credit card information to the other party. 
Placing order is quick and simple, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We take.

• Only for U.S. continental residents. Other areas, please use secure  (E-mail Order Form) or print (Fax Order Form) to make an order.
• When you find a product you would like to order, check select box or click on the ORDER  button. This will take you automatically to your shopping cart which should list the item you selected along with the price.
• Default order is one (1) item. If you wish more, you can click on the quantity box and enter the number of items you wish, then hit "Recalculate". If you wish to delete an item,  click "Remove" in the delete box.
• Once your order is complete, hit "Check out" and fill out your customer information and submit.

• After you ordered, the computer will automatically check the inventory, If the item(s) you ordered is (are) in stock, the credit card will be automatically processed, and we will ship out the order within four business days. We will also e-mail you to let you know.
• If, however, we are out of stock on the item(s) that you order,  your credit card will be not processed until we have them in stock. Meanwhile, we will keep you informed through e-mail (See Back Order).
•  All on-line order shipped Fedex  ground. 2nd day air and next day air are available at an additional cost. Please visit UPS, DHL, USPS to get an idea of shipping costs to your area.

Credit  Order :

• Credit card orders are shipped to the billing address, alternate shipping addresses can be handled by calling direct for other arrangements.                                                                                                

FAX or Postal Mail Order:

• Please print FAX Order Form on your printer, fill in all information and fax or mail this form to us.

C.O.D. Order:

• Pay at your door (US only), payments by money order or cashier check. Check only made to" Winner R/C Hobbies".
• All new C.O.D. customers will be required to fax a photocopy of the money order or cashier's check before we ship the order.

Pre-paid Order:

• Pre-paid order will be shipped same day for money order.
• Personal checks are held 15-20 working days before shipment. Please make check payment to: Winner R/C Hobbies, Mail to: 12368 Valley Blvd. #109 El Monte, CA 91732.

 Back Order:

• Credit card will not be processed, until we ship out the back order.
• You will only be charged once, if we have to make separate shipment to you to complete your order, the shipping charge will be charged on the fist shipment only!

Return Policies:

• Please call our customer service for returns at (626)618-0300, to get Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
• All return must be in original condition (mint condition).
• All return must have RMA number and copy of the original invoice.
• All return must be authorized by Winner R/C Hobbies., within 7 days of receiving your order.
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge, this covers our costs to have the product repackaged by the manufacturer. 

International Order:

• Order under $600 can be paid by credit card. Please fax at 626-618-0301 readable photocopies of both sides of your credit card and a photocopy of your credit card bank statement to prove you are the card hold. 
• Order over $600 require bank wire transfer, please e-mail us to get our bank information.
